Body Sculpt/Abs Lab - A total body muscle toning and strengthening workout using various pieces of equipment.

Hi/Low Cardio & Stability Ball - A great cardiovascular workout combining hi/low aerobics, kickboxing, and sports conditioning. Includes strength and flexibility work on the stability ball.

Pilates - A wonderful workout to lengthen and strengthen your muscles, increase your flexibility ,and strengthen your core. You will leave this class feeling energized!

Boot Camp - An intense 1.5 hour workout to increase both your cardiovascular and muscular strength and endurance. A workout for the intermediate or advanced exerciser.

Studio Cycling - High energy cycling which targets the glutes, thighs, calves, and abs. This class will burn fat, tone muscle, and increase cardiovascular strength. You will perform drills simulating hill climbs, sprints, and endurance work. Fun and challenging for all levels.

Abs, Glutes, and Thighs – Short on time? An intense lower body workout using various pieces of equipment. Core exercises included!

Yoga - Invigorate your mind, body and spirit with challenging and original poses that develop strength, flexibility, and balance. You will leave this class feeling relaxed, clear minded, and rejuvenated.

Gentle Yoga - This class will focus on bringing more awareness to the body. Learn how to move to prevent injury, create more openness in the joints, and build more strength and stability.

Step/Abs Lab - A fun and challenging cardiovascular workout using the step platform. You will burn calories while learning creative choreography.

Interval Mix - A complete body workout using the step and weights. A great way to get cardiovascular work and resistance work in one hour!

Studio Cycling - High energy class focused on simulating riding on the open road. This class includes intense sprint intervals and interval training. Great music and group dynamics!

Masters Swim - A coached swim workout. Improve your strokes with our fantastic swim coach.
